God’s kingdom is unshakable. He is omnipotent: all-powerful.
“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your Name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:10
The mountain of religion is the prayer focus theme for April. The Kingdom of God is over ALL the mountains.
“Now it will come about that In the last days The mountain of the house of the LORD Will be established as the chief of the mountains, And will be raised above the hills; And all the nations will stream to it.” Isaiah 2:2-4
Father, we recognize the day we are in, the day You have designed us for, the day our prayers and petitions are focused on. We want Kingdom rule in ALL the mountains and thereby we declare that the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33
Father God, when we seek You, Your kingdom comes to us, comes to earth. There is no better way to get Your Kingdom than by seeking You. “All these things” are gravy compared to You. Open the eyes, ears, and mouths of our brethren to the wisdom and splendor of the King of kings and His ever-present might and unequaled justice. Father, mobilize the “Yes” men, women, and children and release them into the world, declaring and preaching the good news of the kingdom of God.
“and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light. For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves,” Colossians 1:12-13
God’s kingdom is light. Thanks be to God our Father, who has redeemed us with the blood of His Son, Jesus Christ, that places us in His kingdom of light. We can’t help but defeat any darkness we walk into because we are the light of the world. We have been chosen for such a time as this.
“… since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.” Hebrews 12:28-29
Thank You, Father, for Your Kingdom of fire that cannot be shaken or extinguished no matter what tsunami threatens to swamp us. Nothing can ever, not ever, separate us from Your love. We worship and exalt Your Name. Your kingdom is here on earth. Help us to manifest it to those we meet.
“… my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble, and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 1:10-11
Father, Thank You for our election by the blood of Jesus Christ. We know that we are called by Your grace and we have received a rich welcome into Your everlasting kingdom through Your unfailing love. Give us the courage and resolve to share our overcoming testimony as divine encounters begin to occur all around us.
“…from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood, and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen.” Revelation 1:5-6
Jesus Christ, our faithful witness, who is the firstborn from the dead. Who led captives in His train, who leads us to glory from glory as we are His priests and His kingdom. God’s kingdom is advanced and promoted by the ambassadors of Christ, equipped with the ministry of reconciliation. To Him be glory and power forever and ever.
